Brodie says the most rewarding part of his career is working with his clients to achieve the best results and outcomes possible, even during the most challenging times. As an investor himself, he has a diverse understanding in all aspects of the property industry and how the market can affect returns. Brodie enjoys collaborating one-on-one with clients to reach their investment goals and provides a customised experience tailored to the individual, because no two situations are the same.

In his spare time, Brodie enjoys travelling the globe, a night in or out with good company and the occasional wine or two (his favourite variety is *client to fill in here*, in case you were wondering).

Louise is our second Director at Expanded Equity Group. She combines a background of almost 30 years in the construction and property industries with a unique creative spark that gives her the upper hand when it comes to getting the most from investments.

Louise has developed, renovated, flipped and built her own investment property portfolio in Australia and the United States, both in the short and long-term rental markets.

If there is the slightest glimpse of gold at the end of the rainbow, she is always willing to take a risk and this has paid off with her achieving her wealth creation goals time and time again.

In her spare time, Louise enjoys hanging out with her husband Joe and her two fur babies, Penelope and Billy. And of course, she is forever searching for that next property project to dive into.

With a robust professional background spanning nine years in the property management industry, Katelyn has cultivated a wealth of expertise and a keen understanding of the market. She currently holds dual roles as a property management partner at Expanded Equity Group and as a relocation manager at Rental Search Australia.

In her role at Expanded Equity Group, Katelyn leverages her extensive knowledge and strategic insight to manage a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring maximum returns for investors. Her meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach help in maintaining high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.

At Rental Search Australia, Katelyn excels as a relocation manager, where she assists clients in navigating the complexities of moving and finding new homes. Her exceptional organisational skills and empathetic nature ensure a smooth and stress-free relocation process for clients.

Katelyn seamlessly integrates both positions to provide comprehensive, tailored solutions that meet the diverse needs of her clients.
